A.T.Concept’s Inc. first product, the “Ladder Lugger” 1, is a revolutionary U.S.A. patented product designed for moving an extension ladder easily and safely. The“Ladder Lugger” 1, is ideal for commercial, industrial and residential use. “Ladder Lugger” C, is ideal for moving Fire Fighter Ladders.
A.T.Concept’s Inc. began introducing the “Ladder Lugger” safety products to the public in 2006. The following dates represent events where our “Ladder Lugger” products have been exhibited and memorable dates in the History of our company’s development.
1. October 2006 MRCA EXPO(Midwest Roofing Contractors Association) “Ladder Lugger” 1st demonstration event.
2. January 10, 2007 The Frey Company becomes distributor of “Ladder Lugger” safety products.
3. January 18, 2007 CRCA (Chicago Roofing Contractors Association) guests of the Frey Roofing Products exhibition featuring “Ladder Lugger 1 and Ladder Lugger 2″ safety products.
4. January 29, 2007 Became members of the Illinois Safety Council (ISC)
5. February 28, 2007 First Roofers Union Local #11 O.S.H.A. Fall Protection Safety Program and safety products demonstration.
6. March 9, 2007 Second Roofers Union Local #11 O.S.H.A. Fall Protection Safety program and safety products demonstration.
7. March 27, 2007 SUFD (Southwest United Fireman Districts) 1st “Ladder Lugger” demonstration.
8. April 4, 2007 Produced our training demonstration video with the help and support of the Pleasantview Fire Department/SUFD(Southwest United Fireman Districts)
9. May 08, 2007 2nd Annual ISC (Illinois Safety Council) Exhibition Show. ComEd safety representatives invested in“Ladder Lugger” products for introduction to the company’s safety program and employee work force.

Background of the Invention: “Ladder Lugger” HAULER
In the event of an emergency such as a fire or serious vehicle accident, emergency personnel are summoned. By the time such emergency personnel arrive at the scene, the surrounding area is often congested by vehicles and equipment from police and fire personnel who arrived earlier to the scene. It is not uncommon for such congestion to prevent a fire truck or other emergency
vehicle from approaching any nearer than one block from the scene of a serious emergency.
To carry out their tasks properly, the emergency personnel must personally transport certain equipment from the truck to the site of the emergency. Frequently, the equipment to be transported is heavy and awkward and as a result the arrival of such emergency personnel is often delayed by the task of transporting the necessary equipment.
Since the equipment is moved by the physical strength of the personnel themselves, transporting the equipment also tires the emergency personnel thereby significantly reducing their effectiveness once they arrive at the scene. The vehicles used for transporting emergency personnel, such as fire trucks and ambulances and the like, contain a very large quantity of equipment, all of which must be transported in the vehicle even though only a small fraction of the equipment may be required at the scene of any one emergency.
The cargo compartments of such emergency vehicles are therefore carefully engineered and very limited space is available for any additional device to assist in the transporting of equipment to the scene of an emergency. Nonetheless, fire and ambulance personnel are presently in need of a suitable compact transportation device to assist in the transporting of emergency equipment.
A.T. Concept’s Inc. has engineered the “Ladder Lugger”- HAULER to provide Fire Fighters and First Responders equipment that provides a faster, safer and easier manner for moving emergency equipment or personnel. The “Ladder Lugger”- C is designed for easily and safely moving Fire Fighter ladders. The“Ladder Lugger”- MHQ is designed to provide Fire Fighters a Mobile Accountability System.
